
Ingredients
- 20 Jalapenos
- 2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic
- 1 Cup of Water
- 1 Cup of White Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon of Salt
- 3 Tablespoons of Sugar
Method
Combine water, vinegar, salt, sugar, and garlic in a pot and bring to a boil.
While waiting for the mixture to boil, thinly slice the jalapenos.
Add the jalapenos to the mixture, remove from heat, and give it a gentle stir.
Allow it to cool for 10 minutes, then pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Once prepared, refrigerate and savour for up to 2 months.
