PICO DE GALLO

Ingredients

  • 6 Tomatoes
  • 3 Chillis (your choice on heat)
  • 1 White onion
  • 1/2 a red onion
  • 1 handful of cilantro
  • 5 cloves of garlic

To prepare, dice all the ingredients and place them into a food processor. Just a few pulses will suffice.

This versatile dish pairs well with your favorite nacho chips, flatbread, or tortillas.

Covered and refrigerated, it will keep for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
